Tough screwing in all the poles by hand with an Allan key - recommend wearing some non marking gloves (otherwise you may mark up the freshly waxed wood like we did) to help with that process. So happy I got this pikler as I wanted the ability to adjust the angle for younger toddlers as they learn their bodies and can raise it when my son is ready. He is such a climber and took to it immediately!
